Kyle Edmund is the 1/4 finalist in Estoril
The British Kyle Edmund is the first quarterfinals of the red courts tennis tournament in the Portuguese city of Estoril with a prize pool of 501, 345 euros. The third-placed Edmund defeated Alex De Minaur (Australia) with 6:2, 7:5 in 1:37 hours.
Last year in this tournament the British lost to the qualifier Joao Domingues in the first round, but after the game today he said he has significantly improved his game according tennis picks in the last 12 months.
In the following round, Edmund will play with the winner of the all - the Portuguese clash between Joao Sousa and Pedro Sousa.
