Magic Johnson: `I`m not afraid of the Golden State!`
Los Angeles Lakers basketball president Magic Johnson was determined he was not afraid of the Golden State. The legendary gardener of the Lakes is in Jimmy Kimmel`s show where he talks about the challenge of California Warriors neighbors who have been raising the title for two consecutive years and leveraging James Lebron. `We all look forward to this challenge. The Golden State is expected to win again, but I would be happy to play with them in the West Finals if we can get there. I am a competitive spirit and I am not afraid of them. I do not worry about them. Do not keep me awake at night. I know we have a solid team, pretty good at that. We already have players who are winners!`, Johnson said. Magic added that the attraction of LeBron James, Rajon Rondo, and JaVale McGee adds a champion mentality to the current Lakers squad, led by the three-time League champion, Luke Walton. He has two titles as a LA guy and one as an assistant at Steve Crae`s headquarters at the Golden State. Johnson did not conceal his admiration for LeBron and admitted he had started an hour for their meeting at James`s LA Estate. The King has given Magic the strengths and weaknesses of each player in the team and was aware that he would fit perfectly there. Their conversation lasted for several hours, and according to Johnson, the attraction of Braun would raise the Lakers to another level.
