Sport picks McLaren presented a livery in the colors of Senna`s helmet for the Monaco Grand Prix
McLaren will compete at the Monaco Grand Prix in a special livery. The Woking team chose the colors of Ayrton Senna`s helmet and the Brazilian flag - yellow, green and blue - for the special livery.
For the King of Monaco. We will proudly race in his honor and in his colors, " McLaren wrote on social networks.
Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri will also use special overalls in the upcoming stage.
Senna drove for McLaren from 1988-1993. As part of the team, the Brazilian won 35 of 41 victories and won three titles. May 1 marked 30 years since the death of the driver at the 1994 San Marino Grand Prix.
In addition, McLaren Automotive has unveiled a special edition of the McLaren Senna called the Senna Sempre.
The Monte Carlo stage will take place from May 24 to 26.
