Milan CEO Ivan Gazidis gave a special interview to Sky Sport Italy, in which he touched on interesting topics. He pointed to the exact moment when the management decided that Stefano Pioli should remain at the helm of the team, the future of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and the negotiations with Hakan Chalhanoglu and Canluigi Donnarumma, whose contracts expire and the work on their stay in Milan. Stefano came to us at a difficult time, but what impressed me was that he did not complain, but focused on work. He showed that he has the qualities to lead such a big club. I`m in love with him. In the derby last year, we lost, but we saw a team with a plan that knows what to do. This convinced us that he is the right person for the job, commented the coach of the Rossoneri Gazidis.
The former Arsenal director confirmed the position of other members of the management that Zlatan will stay if his body allows, as it became clear a few days ago.
